• Fattening development and maturation periods are completed in our farm and natural feeds are used during this period.

• Antibiotics and growth factors that accelerate development are never used.

• Food industry or slaughterhouse waste by-products are not considered as food source feed material. Feeds that adversely affect the quality of meat and body fat are not used.

• Seasonal cleaning is applied against internal and external parasites and timely vaccination is done against important diseases.

• In order to eliminate the risk of drug residues in edible animal tissues as human food, “pre-slaughter holding period” is strictly applied.

• Animal rights are highly respected, along with good herd management and animal care practices.

• During the picnic season, slaughtering is done in a licensed private slaughterhouse; Food hygiene rules are given high attention during slaughter and meat processing . During the Feast of Sacrifice, slaughter is done in separate parts of the farm that have been washed and disinfected for this purpose.

• Developments in veterinary directives determined and approved by the European Union and local official authorities are closely followed and implemented.

• No synthetic food additives are used. In order to preserve the distinctive flavor and color of the meat during the picnic season, natural aging is done in the cold chain.

Our animals and products are under the control of a veterinarian for 24 hours in every detail.
